What Bella Amore Is About
Explaining the Bella Amore Vision
Hi my name is Ashley Bailey. I am a mom, artist, web developer and former marketing executive. I envision an art collaboration where fine artists are able to sell their work on canvases, paper products, and printed materials. But the truth is that art doesn’t stop there. It can continue with physical products like acrylic and aluminum signage, wall murals, wood carvings, apparel and sublimated products. Additionally, if I am able to have all the amazing machinery to create art installations and products, why wouldn’t I share that space as a coop environment with other entrepreneurial people. We can rent equipment by the hour, give artists a forum for launching their careers, as well as provide educational events to grow the concept. Artists can then use our ecommerce storefront to showcase and sell their finished products. It will be a place where artists can learn from one another and advance their skill set, making their work come to life.
My reason for doing the events and classes is simple, family (and I can share more about that in later posts). I want the next generation of artists to be inclusive of people with disabilities, as that is deeply important to me and that is one of the ways we will expand. Using the arts as a vehicle for people with disabilities gives them a place to thrive, learn and enjoy community support.
How I propose we make money:
Studio space rentals
Classes
Events and supporting community events with marketing materials and signage we would have the ability to produce (weddings, birthdays, etc)
Fees on ecommerce sales
I also envision a mobile application that takes the picture we see on the left to a printed product. This app could function as an add on or separately from the art based business.
