Launch Your Creative Career With Us

Are you looking to break into graphic design, web development, or the photography/art business — but need real, hands-on experience to build your portfolio? This internship is designed exactly for you.

You don’t need years of experience. You don’t need to be a Photoshop wizard. You just need a good eye, a willingness to learn, and comfort working in Canva or Photoshop. We’ll teach you the rest — including skills that typically take years to pick up in a traditional job.

This is a paid, flexible, part-time internship perfect for students, recent grads, or anyone pivoting into a creative career.

What You'll Do

Fine Art File Preparation

  • Prepare and export final print-ready fine art image files to studio specifications
  • Ensure color accuracy, sizing, and formatting are correct for professional printing

E-Commerce Merchandising & Composite Design

  • Combine multiple product photos into polished, sales-ready composite images (e.g., styled mockups, multi-angle product displays, lifestyle composites)
  • Design merchandising graphics that make products shine on our online store

Website & Store Administration

  • Enter and manage product listings in our WordPress/WooCommerce store, including titles, descriptions, pricing, categories, and images
  • Keep product data organized, accurate, and up to date

What You'll Learn (This is the Good Part)

We believe internships should build real, resume-worthy skills — not just busywork. Here’s what you’ll walk away with:

  • WordPress & WooCommerce — hands-on experience managing a real, active e-commerce store
  • Product Merchandising — how to visually present products in ways that actually drive sales
  • Graphic Design — composite image creation, layout, branding consistency, and export best practices
  • Photography & Post-Processing — exposure to professional fine art and commercial photography workflows

What We're Looking For

  • Basic working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop
  • An eye for clean, attractive visual design
  • Comfortable learning new software and following brand/style guidelines
  • Detail-oriented — product data accuracy matters
  • Reliable, communicative, and excited to learn
  • No prior professional experience required — this is an entry-level/intern role by design

Nice to have (not required):

  • Interest in photography, e-commerce, or small business/creative entrepreneurship
  • Familiarity with WordPress (we’ll train you if not)

Why Intern With Us

  • Flexible part-time hours that work around school or other commitments
  • Direct mentorship from an agency founder with 25+ years of Fortune 500 brand experience (Nike, DJI, Textron, Club Car, Tatcha)
  • Real portfolio pieces from live client and product work
  • Free access to professional design assets and Lightroom presets
  • A genuine path to grow your skills across design, web, and photography — all in one role
  •

How to Apply

Send us:

  1. A brief note on why you’re interested
  2. Any samples of your design work (school projects, personal projects, or Canva/Photoshop pieces all welcome — we’re not expecting a professional portfolio!)
  3. Your general weekly availability

We’re excited to help someone build the foundation for a creative career. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
