99.9999% of our products at Bella Amore are lovingly handcrafted or customized just for you, making your purchase truly one-of-a-kind. Each custom item is carefully created to order after you place your order, ensuring you receive something special made with care and attention to detail.
Custom/Handcrafted Items Policy:
- Because each product is handcrafted or customized exclusively for you, custom items cannot be returned or refunded
- This includes but is not limited to personalized items, “made-to-order” products, and any items marked as “custom” or “personalized” on the product page
- We put this care and customization into every order to ensure you receive something special that’s created just for you.
Standard Items - Returns & Refunds
For our rare, non-custom, standard inventory items, we gladly accept returns, once our staff has approved them, within our timeframe.
